I *Heart* Socks Toe Up Socks

I have been sick. I mean, I've really been sick. Waaaaahhhh....
I've coughed up both lungs in the past 6 days, and have breathed so much steam that I feel waterlogged. *sighs and blows a couple bubbles*
Sooooooo....what can you do when you feel like c**p?
You KNIT, of course!!
I designed these socks just in time for Valentine's Day.
The pattern can be found here.
The colors in this yarn reminded me of chocolates, and red roses, and caramels....Yum!
So I decided that it needed to be made into Valentine's Socks.
The yarn is TY-DY SOCKS, and the color is #1289
Very pretty yarn!

I feel your pain. Knitting does help, but it is so aggravating to have to keep putting down the needles to blow one's nose! Get well soon, and love your socks :)

Hi Wilma ..... I'm so sorry you've been sick. I hope you're better. Are you selling your socks yet? I have a really, really bad case of planter facisitus and I'll bet a pair of nice warm wooly socks would be the cure. I'll bet they would feel even better than the hydrocodone pills that I've been eating like candy. LOL Did you get my email saying that I have a new email address. It's changed to mrsshults@windstream.net.

Get well! And I have just found a number of your socks on Ravelry - what a nice selection of designs, and how generous they are free. Thank you!!

Hi Wilma,

Thanks for sharing that lovely sock pattern. However, I can't seem to download the pattern. Wondering if the link is still functioning.

Many thanks,
Joanna

Just came across your pattern in a search on Ravelry. Thank you so much for sharing this - it's exactly what I was looking for. My yarn even matches yours. :)
